This section explains how to manage REST queries, available through the Manage Queries option in the Integration moduke. Here, queries using the HTTP REST method can be registered and run. These queries are able to retrieve information from any database accessible via API.
Access to these external queries can be restricted through the system authentication and access control policies. The system audit log also registers all activities regarding these queries. In addition, you can create copies of the REST queries of which you are the author or an audience member, which can later be edited and run.
Note that queries of this type can be used to assemble aggregated queries, and can also be configured as layers for the integration map.
