This section explains how to configure the authorization settings for users included in system profiles. People and groups can be included in a profile so they can inherit the permissions granted to its privileges. In addition to the default access profiles provided by the system, custom profiles can be created for any module or solution in the system, including custom modules. Any set of privileges can be granted to custom profiles, regardless of your permission in the system. Note that only custom profiles can be deleted.
During the system installation, a user account is created and included in the Global Administrators profile, which has permissions to all system privileges. It is important to note that there must be at least one active user included in this profile.
The concepts used here and the list of default profiles by module are explained in Chapter 17: Administration -> Access Control -> Access Control Concepts -> Profiles.
