This section provides orientation on managing queries through the Events solution.
Scheduled event queries are search features that allow you to look up information on scheduled events and their activities registered in the system.
The data that will be queried can be selected, and you can choose which columns you want to view in the results. With the exception of Attachment, Georeference, Image, Outline, and Relationship (multiple selection) attributes, all default properties and any custom attributes created for scheduled events and activities will be available as filter and column options.
People or groups can also be included in the audiences of these queries so that they can view them in the Queries section of the Home module as well as in this solution, if they have permission to it. Note that only the author of the query can edit or delete it.
In addition, you can create copies of the queries of which you are the author or an audience member, which can later be edited and run. This allows new queries to be created with the same configurations as a previously registered one. However, note that, in the results of the copy, you will only be able to view data to which you have permission.
All queries can be saved and their results can be updated so that you can monitor changes made to the scheduled events and activities that were queried.
