Online Support

This section provides orientation on obtaining support for software products provided by Modulo.

The support services include, but are not limited to, system upgrades, knowledge packages, troubleshooting, and support for problems in licensed installations of software products by Modulo for clients with current Service Level Agreements (SLAs). If you have any questions regarding your license status, please contact your account manager.

These services are provided through the registration of occurrences in the Customer Service Portal. The portal can be accessed directly from Modulo Risk Manager, through the Online Support section in the Administration module, or directly through the https://suporte.modulo.com address. Depending on your SLA, in addition to the portal you may use other channels to request support, such as those described below.

Before requesting support, asking questions about system concepts, or requesting other product-related information, please check the user manual through the "Help" link in the upper right corner of the system header and the Knowledge Base section of the Customer Service Portal. Note that the portal is currently available only in Portuguese and will be available in English as soon as possible.
