This section of the manual provides orientation on managing authorized applications, available through the Administration module.
The system allows routines to be created between the system and another application through an API (Application Programming Interface). This API is based on REST and uses the OAuth 2.0 protocol for authorization.
Once applications are registered by system administrators, they will then have permission to use authorized features from the system. The features available include viewing and managing the organizational structure; listing and managing business components; listing and managing people and groups of people; among others.
Keep in mind that in order to access these features through the API, the user must have the necessary permissions to access them through the system. For details on the API, see API Documentation.
