Manage Scheduled Events

This topic describes how to manage scheduled events online through the system interface.

Before events can be registered, the context to which they belong and any routes the event will use must be previously registered in this solution, while the participants to be assigned must be registered in the Organization module. In addition, any custom types and attributes to be used for events and the activities, routes, and resources associated with the events must first be registered in the Object Types and Objects and Attributes sections of the Administration module.

Note that the order in which both default and custom fields appear for these objects in the main lists, the spreadsheets, and in the registration forms can be customized in the Order Attributes section of the Administration module.
