This topic describes how to manage available resources online through the system interface. Any number of available resources can be created, indicating the total number of resources available to be assigned to events. Once created, assigned resources can be registered and associated with a scheduled event, detailing which types of assets and the number of units that will be allocated to the event.
Available resources are objects listed in the Objects and Attributes section of the Administration module that support all types of custom attributes. Note that the order in which both default and custom fields appear for these objects in the main lists, the spreadsheets, and in the registration forms can be customized in the Order Attributes section in the Administration module.
