This topic explains how to import surveys from Excel spreadsheets to the system, available in the Knowledge module. Imported surveys will be available with their status set to "Being Edited".
This feature is only available for new surveys created on the spreadsheet or surveys that are being edited. Keep in mind that the system will only allow you to import the same version of a survey back to the system. In other words, if you exported a survey and then made changes and published a new version of it online, you will not be able to import the exported version back, since the versions will no longer be the same.
Surveys can be created from scratch directly in the system or through a spreadsheet template. Existing surveys can also be exported, edited offline, and imported back to the system.
