This topic explains how to use the authoritative document editor from the Knowledge module to import an authoritative document.
Authoritative documents can be created directly in the system; they can be created by importing a specially prepared Excel spreadsheet; and existing authoritative documents can be exported, edited, and imported. However, only custom authoritative documents that are being edited can be imported.
