How to Edit Plans or Procedures through a Spreadsheet

1.    Access the Continuity module.

2.    In the Plans section, click Manage Plans.

 

The system displays the list of plans registered in the system.

 

3.    Click Edit next to the plan you want to export and then click Export Plan (see figure below).

 

 

The system exports the plan and all published procedures to a spreadsheet.

 

4.    Open the file or save it to your computer to open it later.

 

Note: To edit the spreadsheet, follow the instructions in Chapter 11: Continuity -> Export/Import Plans and Procedures -> How to Create Plans or Procedures through a Spreadsheet.
