Exporting Calls and Occurrences to a Spreadsheet

This topic explains how to export calls and occurrences to an XLS spreadsheet. Data on each call or occurrence such as its creation and end dates, duration time, and other information can be found and compared in the spreadsheet, making it easier to generate metrics and charts using this data.

After defining a time interval, all calls and ocurrences created in the period specified will be exported to the spreadsheet. To do so, you must have permission to the Monitor Calls privilege. The spreadsheet will be displayed in the default system language you configured in the Preferences section of the Home module.
