This topic explains how to delete events that have already been cancelled, available through the Workflow module. It is important to note that only cancelled events can be deleted. There are a number of restrictions and consequences involved in deleting an event, namely:
•If you delete a parent event, all its cancelled child events will also be deleted.
•If you do not have permission to delete the parent event or one of its child events, no events will be deleted.
•If the parent event includes at least one child event that was not cancelled, the system does not delete any of the events.
•If you select a number of events to be deleted and include non-cancelled events in the selection, the system will only delete the cancelled events.
Note that you can disassociate child events from their parent events to be able to delete an event without deleting its child events.
