How to Delete an Event

1.    Access the Workflow module.

2.    In the Events section, mark the checkboxes next to the cancelled events you want to delete, click Manage and select Delete Event from the drop-down list that appears (see figure below).

 

 

The system displays a pop-up where information on why the event is being deleted and any other relevant information can be entered (see figure below). Note that the options available in the pop-up will vary according to whether you selected a parent event and depending on the status of any child events.

 

 

3.    In the Comment field, enter the reason why the event is being deleted and any other relevant information.

4.    Click Delete Event to delete the event and any of its child events. If you selected a parent or child event and want it to be disassociated from any events it is related to instead of deleting them as well, click Disassociate and Delete. If you want to quit the operation, click Cancel.

 

The system displays a success message.
