This section provides orientation on generating the compliance report provided by Modulo, as well as how to edit report templates to adapt them to your organization’s needs.
The Compliance Analysis Report presents the final results of a compliance analysis, which then assists in managing the organization’s compliance with external or internal requirements by providing consolidated information identified during the project.
Note that reports can also be generated directly from a project by simply selecting the template to be used. The difference in this section is that you will select the project first before generating the report, and you can also use disabled templates (those not yet released for use) to generate reports for test purposes.
You can also schedule a report to be sent by specifying the recipients, the date on which they will begin to be sent, the frequency with which they will be sent, and the number of times. For example, if you want to receive a weekly report on the non-compliances in your IT department, you can schedule a report that includes only analysis information related to your IT department. A daily time must be set in the Administration module for these reports to be sent. For details on how to set this time, see Chapter 17: Administration -> Scheduled Reports.
For details on the Compliance Analysis Report and how to generate them within projects, see Chapter 6: Compliance -> Compliance: The Analysis Phase -> How to Generate a Compliance Report through a Project.
