The OAuth 2.0 standard takes into account the scenario in which a third-party application accesses Modulo Risk Manager information and features using only the credentials defined when the application was registered in the Authorized Applications section of the Administration module. To allow this type of access, a user must be specified to allow anonymous access to Modulo Risk Manager (for details, see: 4.4. Client Credentials).
