This topic provides orientation on deleting obsolete projects in the Compliance module. This section will only be visible in the system if this feature was enabled in Administration module, where a number of days can be set for projects to be considered obsolete. The countdown for compliance projects begins with the date a project was cancelled or closed. If deleted, all analysis data from the projects will no longer be displayed in dashboards, reports, and queries.
When a project is deleted, treatment events generated through the project will automatically be cancelled. If these events include child events created in the Workflow module and you do not have permission to them, they must be disassociated from the parent event before the project can be deleted. If you have permission to these child events not generated through the project, you have the option to disassociate them or cancel them.
