•Integration Map: Layers containing query results from the Organization module and the Dispatch solution, scheduled events from the Events solution, and custom maps can be configured to be displayed on a map. A chat feature is available on demand to allow system users to communicate. If external systems are integrated with the system, SMS messages can be sent, recorded conversations that have gone through the network can be played back, and cameras can be accessed on the map to view live or recorded feeds.
•Aggregated Queries: Aggregated queries can be assembled and executed using the results of individual queries written to internal or external databases.
•REST Queries: Queries using the HTTP REST method (which can consult any accessible database via an API) can be registered and viewed here so that they can later be used in aggregated queries or configured as layers for the integration map. Each query can be copied so that its configurations can be reused in new queries, and people and groups of people can be included in its audience to gain viewing permissions to it. This feature allows access to external queries to be controlled, and also permits all activity regarding these queries to be registered in the audit log.
