1. Access the Risk module.
2. In the Projects section, click the List Projects option.
3. In the Risk Management Projects section, select the closed project you want to reopen by clicking its name or project code.
4. Click Reopen Project.
The system requests confirmation to reopen the project (see figure below).
5. Enter the reason why the project is being reopened in the Justification field and click Reopen Project. If you want to quit the operation, click Cancel.
The system displays a success message and returns to the main list of risk management projects, where the reopened project is now displayed with its status as “Open”.
