1. Access the ERM solution.
2. In the Loss Database section, click Export/Import Loss Events.
The system displays a page where loss events can be exported and imported.
3. In the Export/Import Loss Events section, click Export Loss Events (see figure below).
The system exports a spreadsheet with all the loss events registered in the system.
4. Open the file or save it to your computer to open it later.
5. Follow the instructions in Chapter 4: ERM -> Loss Database -> Export/Import Loss Events -> How to Create Loss Events Through a Spreadsheet to edit the information in the spreadsheet.
