1. Access the Administration module.
2. Select Workflow Rules from the Customizations option on the menu.
The system displays the list of workflow rules previously created.
3. Click Edit next to the rule you want to delete and select Delete Rule from the list (see figure below).
The system requests confirmation to delete the rule (see figure below).
4. Click Delete Rule to confirm. If you want to quit the operation, click Cancel.
The system displays a success message.
