1. Access the Knowledge module.
2. In the Knowledge menu, click the Surveys option.
3. In the Surveys section, click Delete next to the survey you want to delete (see figure below).
The system requests confirmation of the deletion.
4. To confirm deletion, click Delete Survey (see figure below). If you want to quit the operation, click Cancel. Note that only the current version of the survey will be deleted and that its previous versions will still be available.
The system displays a success message.
