How to Configure Call Tree Column Options

1.    Access the Continuity module.

2.    Select Call Tree Columns from the Customizations option on the menu.

3.    In the Call Tree Columns section, click Add Attributes to select the attributes to be displayed as column options in the Call Tree tabs for plans.

4.    In the window that appears, mark the checkboxes next to the attributes you want to display and click Add Attributes (see figure below). If you want to quit the operation, click Cancel.

 

 

The system displays a success message.

 

5.    To remove an attribute from the list, click Remove () next to its name.

 

The system requests confirmation of the operation (see figure below).

6.    Click Remove Attribute to confirm. If you want to quit the operation, click Cancel.
