How to Add an Asset Component to the Scope of a Risk Project through the Organizational Structure

1.    Access the Organization module.

2.    Select Manage Assets from the Assets option on the menu.

3.    In the Assets section, right-click the asset component you want to include in the scope of a risk project and select Add to Risk Project (see figure below).

 

 

Note: The system also displays the Add to Risk Project option for perimeters, sub-perimeters, and assets. When one of these objects is selected, all the asset components belonging to it will be added to the project. However, if it contains one or more asset components that were already included in the scope of the project selected, only the remaining asset components will be added.

 

4.    In the window that appears, select the project to which the asset components will be added in the Select a project field.

5.    Click Add to Scope to add the asset component to the scope of the project (see figure below). If you want to quit the operation, click Cancel.

 

 

The system displays a success message indicating the number of asset components added to the scope of the project.

 

Note: The user who added the asset components to the scope, by default, will be assigned as analyst of the questionnaires related to them.
