This section provides orientation on how to use the features to export and import call categories, call origins, operating procedures, ID types and associated events in the Dispatch solution. These objects can be created through a spreadsheet and then imported to the system, and they can also be exported, edited through the spreadsheet, and then imported back to the system. Note that objects cannot be deleted through the spreadsheet.
