This section provides information on how to manage customizations for the Continuity module.
In the Strategies section, continuity managers can decide on the appropriate strategy for each business component. In the Strategy Options section, the three default strategy options are listed and can be disabled if necessary. New options can also be created, edited, and deleted. In the Call Tree Columns section, any attributes created for people in the Objects and Attributes section of the Administration module can be selected as column options in the Call Tree tab for plans.
