Description

ConsideredObjects

This query displays information on the objects analyzed in a compliance project included in the scope of a report.

ObjectCount

Displays the number of a type of object analyzed.

ObjectName

Displays a type of object analyzed (business component, asset, person).

TotalObjectsCount

Displays the number of objects analyzed.

ConsideredSurveys

This query displays information on the surveys used to analyze the requirements included in the scope of a report.

SurveyCount

Displays the number of times a survey was used.

SurveyName

Displays the name of a survey.

SurveyQuestionsCount

Displays the number of questions (all types) in a survey.

TotalIntervieweesCount

Displays the total number of interviewees that answered the surveys used.

TotalQuestionsCount

Displays the total number of questions (all types) from the surveys used.

TotalSurveyCount

Displays the total number of surveys used. Surveys used multiple times are only counted once.

ObjectCountByComplianceLevelDistribution

This query groups columns that display information on compliance metrics identified for objects included in the scope of a report.

AdherenceLevel

Displays the Compliance Level (Compliant, Partially Compliant, Not Compliant, Not Applicable).

Count

Displays the number of objects in each Compliance Level.

ObjectsAnalysisMet

This query groups columns that display information on up to 10 objects that are fully or partially compliant with the requirements analyzed that had the highest Compliance Index scores included in the scope of a report.

PartiallyMetCount

Displays the number of times a requirement from an authoritative document was indicated to be partially compliant by interviewees/reviewers.

ReferenceModelFirstLevelRequirements

This query groups columns that display information on the first-level requirements included in the scope of a report, which are presented in the order in which they appear in the authoritative document. It contains the following columns:

•      AdherenceLevelText: Displays the Compliance Level (Met, Partially Met, Not Met, Not Applicable) of a first-level requirement.

•      ComplianceIndex: Displays the Compliance Index of a first-level requirement.

•      EmptyCount: Displays the number of times a Compliance question related to a first-level requirement went unanswered by the interviewees/reviewers.

•      Index: Displays the Compliance Index (Very High to Very Low) related to a first-level requirement.

•      MetCount: Displays the number of times a first-level requirement was considered met by the interviewees/reviewers.

•      NotMetCount: Displays the number of times a requirement was considered not met by the interviewees/reviewers.

•      ComplianceIndex: Displays the Compliance Index of a first-level requirement.

•      EmptyCount: Displays the number of times a Compliance question related to a second-level requirement went unanswered by the interviewees/reviewers.

Displays the smallest Compliance Index among the requirements in an authoritative document.

MinAdherenceLevel

Displays the smallest Compliance Level among the requirements of an authoritative document.

NotCompliantPercent

Displays the percentage of authoritative documents that the organization is not compliant with according to the total analyzed.

NotCompliantReferenceModelCount

Displays the number of authoritative documents that the organization is not compliant with.

ReferenceModelCount

Displays the total number of authoritative documents analyzed in a project and included in the scope of a report.

ReportInfo

This query groups columns that display information on the report itself.

Displays the name of the author of a report.

RequirementCountByComplianceLevelDistribution

This query groups columns that display the percentage of requirements by Compliance Level that were included in the scope of a report, grouped by authoritative document. These columns are used in charts.

Argument

Displays the name of an authoritative document related to the requirements being displayed in a chart.

Series

Displays the legend for the chart, in this case the three possible Compliance Levels (Compliant, Partially Compliant, Not Compliant, Not Applicable, Not Applicable).

Value

Displays the percentage of requirements in each Compliance Level.
