This topic explains how to close risk projects in the Risk module. Projects can only be closed when all questionnaires have been opened at least once. If there are unopened questionnaires, they must be opened or their respective asset components must be removed from the scope before the project can be closed. Once closed, questionnaires can be viewed but not edited unless the project, the analysis phase, and the questionnaires are reopened.
Projects should be closed preferably once all analysis processes have been completed. When closed, open or partially answered questionnaires are also automatically closed and any unanswered controls will be considered not applicable. Any collections and interviews in progress will also be cancelled. Also note that only open projects can be closed.
