The Control Index is a complementary metric of the Gap Index. It is also used to quantitatively compare objects, except, while the latter analyzes the number of non-implemented controls for an object, the former analyzes the number of implemented controls for an object. Thus, if the Gap Index of an object is 60%, its Control Index will be 40%.
